This notice describes how Fabrizio Cafolla (fabriziocafolla.com) collects and processes users’ personal data through the use of Piwik PRO, exclusively for anonymous and aggregated statistical analysis purposes.

5.2 Newsletter - Brevo
Newsletter subscription data is processed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a marketing automation platform. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree that your personal information will be transferred to Brevo for processing in accordance with Brevo's Privacy Policy. Brevo acts as a data processor and processes data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. Data transfer to Brevo is based on adequate safeguards as required by GDPR.
6. Users' Rights
6.1 Analytics
Since no personal data is collected for analytics, it is not possible to identify users or exercise rights related to personal data (such as access, rectification, or deletion). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via browser settings or the cookie banner.
6.2 Newsletter
Regarding newsletter subscription data, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in emails or contacting us directly.
